The Clarion Inn Elk City

This place suits me perfectly! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and free wi-fi. They helped me with a phone charger on my first stay. Breakfast is great too. Highly recommend for a stress-free stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Had a brand-new and well-maintained room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, enjoyed it, and the staff were pleasant and exceptional people when the manager is here.

Very much in need of updating. Lamp shades had holes in them, carpet stained, toilet with difficulty flushed. Bed linens clean and comfortable. Front desk staff pleasant. Breakfast staff less so.

Breakfast was not good. Lack of choices and pretty sparse. Outside appearance looks dated.

Drunk men running around the halls in their underwear carrying liquor bottles. Noisy and dangerous place to stay. I was travelling with my two teenage daughters and we were very uncomfortable. I was also overcharged. I had a Booked.net price of $79.00 with taxes. I didn't notice until after I had left that they charged me $92.00. I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything was great. Everyone was very nice. Our kids love the fact that they had putt putt golf and shuffle board.

The only thing I don't like is the 11 am check out. I think and this is with all hotels, that it should be a 24 hr thing if you check in at 3pm then check out should be the next day at 3pm.ect....

Check-in was a nightmare, with an absent-minded front desk agent who struggled to comprehend basic tasks. The hallways smelled foul and the carpets were horridly stained. In the room, I encountered a filthy tub and inadequate bathroom supplies. Unfortunately, the total disarray of the hotel overshadowed any redeeming qualities it might have had.

Our original room had not been cleaned out of last persons belongings. They quickly moved us to another ground level room.

Plenty of area to walk the dogs. Breakfast was OK.

The outside of the building needs a lot of attention. Doors are splintered and faded, numbers missing. Had to have front desk connect to internet, even he had trouble.

The room was very comfortable and the lady in the restaurant was friendly and helpful.

Our Visa card was refused. We called the bank and were assured that our account is valid. That caused us unnecessary aggrevation. The problem was with your system. The bathtub was in terrible condition. The sink drained very slowly. There was no cover on the comforter.

The indoor pool was lovely. It felt safe and accessible. The atmosphere was warm and cute, which I appreciated .
